I honestly couldn’t recommend training with Tom enough. I’ve been training with him solidly for a little over a year now and the improvements I feel both mentally and physically are amazing. I never thought I’d be the kind of girl who would want to box but now I’ve started, all I want is to keep going. He knows what he’s talking about and that really shows during the sessions. He wants you to perform at your best and works with you until you do and then you end up naturally improving and trusting him with your progress. He takes time to get to know you and plans a session around what works best for you and what goals you want to achieve. It is always a lot of fun - I leave the sessions with my abs hurting from not only the workout, but from laughing so much. Sessions with Tom are hands down my favourite time of the week and I now can’t imagine my life without boxing in it, all thanks to Tom.

I've been training with Tom for about 8 weeks now and I'm having a great time! He's such a supportive motivator and mentor and I can feel myself getting better & better each week. The Onyx gym is a really welcoming environment for new-comers and I've had no trouble settling into the training. The sessions are well structured to allow for healthy progression and Tom takes extra care to make sure that all his clients are safe whilst training hard and, most importantly, having fun!

Tom is an absolutely brilliant coach! I've been training Thai boxing with Tom over the last year. We always have a laugh, but that's not at the expense of any hard work.
